A finance and accounting professional with years of experience as a Business Controller in a fast-growing listed company. I am currently working at Inderes Oyj as a Business Controller and have spent the past eight years in the financial team supporting Inderes’ Nordic and international growth journey. When I joined Inderes, the company had just surpassed the startup phase with 16 team members. Now, eight years later, we are growing internationally as a listed company with 120+ employees.
Motivation
I’ve worked in a fast-scaling environment defined by constant change, strategic transformation, and increasing organizational maturity and complexity, continuously adapting finance and administrative processes to meet evolving business needs. I understand how business turns into financial outcomes, and how numbers can guide business.
Core Competence
I’m comfortable working with P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow, even though bookkeeping itself is not my strongest area. My core competence is in management accounting, financial modelling, P&L-driven forecasting, scenario planning, and valuation. I have a strong ability to translate business performance into numbers, and more importantly, turn numbers into actionable insights that improve business decisions.
